vendor space is sold out for our monthly woburn saturday shows and the waitlist is full. we do prioritze the existing waitlist for those that have more unique items that may be in higher demand. for future public selling of tables at events outside of woburn, it's best to follow our social media accounts to gain access to it when it goes live.
vednor rules, etiquette, info & conduct: note as of march 2024 - the hotel is requiring all vendors to utilize tablecloths for the 8 ft tables so please bring your own. we will have some available to dealers for rent that day for $5 until supplies last (black in color) vendors agree that all space is utilized for the purchasing and selling of collectibles only vendor SPACE MAY BE FORFEITED FOR A PARTICULAR EVENT IF THE REPRESENTATIVE RENTING THE TABLE SPACE HAS NOT SHOWN UP WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF THE EVENT START TIME, UNLESS THE PROMOTER IS NOTIFIED OF THE IMPENDING TARDINESS AND AGREES TO HOLD THE SPACE. THESE CAN AND WILL BE RESOLD AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PROMOTER ALL NEW vendors WITH NO FORMER RELATIONSHIP WITH BEST FLIPPIN' CARD PROMOTIONS llc ARE REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY IN FULL FOR THEIR TABLE(S) VIA ELECTRONIC payment ALL BALANCES DUE TO BEST FLIPPIN' CARD PROMITIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE END OF THE EVENT table prices can vary by event and location within the event, along with discounts for multiple tables. all costs associated with table rentals will be verbally confirmed in advance of the event BEST FLIPPIN' CARD PROMOTIONS MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF SPACE REQUESTED BY DEALERS BUT HAS FULL AUTHORITY ON THE FINAL LOCATION OF THE PURCHASED TABLES FOR WHICH THE DEALER IS RENTING FOR THE AGREED UPON TIME FRAME Refunds on table fees will not be made unless the table is resold by best flippin' card promotions llc and the promoters are given ample time to do so
do not block aisles or emergency exits with cards and other peripherals marketing materials draped over a table or on a stand-up sign behind you are fine as long as they do not impede on the space of a neighboring dealer spot/table shelving units behind your booth are permitted as long as they are not impeding on a neighboring booth to the side or behind you
NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE ROOM, ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL DOES ALLOW US PURCHASES AT THE SCOREBOARD BAR & GRILLe THAT CAN BE ENJOYED AT THE SHOW. DURING SOME events, the hotel also sets up food/drink concessions in the lobby THAT vendors HAVE ACCESS TO AND CAN ENJOY WITHIN THE BALLROOM AREAS Each vendor is required to follow all state, federal and local laws regarding taxes You may not sell any misrepresented, forged, stolen, counterfeit merchandise of any kind. If a dealer is found doing so they can and will be removed from the show
Food/DRINK Sales and Games of Chance are prohibited at the shows best flippin' card promotions reserves the right to deny a table rental to any individual for any reason without explanation Limit of Liability: best flippin' card promotions llc is not liable for costs due to theft or damage of vendor’s merchandise. setup times & info: The building address for crowne plaza hotel: 15 middlesex canal park rd. woburn, ma 01801 park in the back for the easiest access to the grand ballroom shows. if a show takes place in salon a, it is recommended you load items from the front of the hotel UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ASKING FOR PERMISSION, the rooms open up two hours before each show's official start time. for most shows. this means 6:30 am for the monthly saturday events THAT BEGIN AT 8:30 AM. NIGHT EVENTS THAT BEGIN AT 5 PM, SETUP WILL BEGIN AT 3 PM TABLES PROVIDED ARE 8' IN LENGTH AND 30" IN DIAMETER, UNLESS OTHERWISE STIPULATED that they will be 6' in length during certain, events promoters have 2-4 display cases to rent out for most shows, the cost for each is $15 per day. table coverings can be rented for shows at the cost of $5 each and are black, fitted table coverings the hotel has several luggage carts available for use (see photo on this page) to haul in large items if needed. please return to the front desk upon use SOME FLOOR AREAS AND WALLS HAVE ELECTRICITY HOOKUPS THAT ARE FREE TO USE. PLEASE DO NOT IMPEDE ON WALKING AREAS FOR CUSTOMERS WITH EXTENSION CORDS, THIS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
