Table selection is live! We try and bring you the simplest ways possible to buy tables with an equitable process. Prices are tiered based on location to the entrance, simple as that. They begin at $90 and cap out at $150, all are 8 feet in length by 2.5 feet wide.
Go to our purchase page, select the tables that are not shaded and sold, buy up to five, grab any add-ons and check out, that's it. No hidden fees and you're locked into the location, no promoters playing favorites or vendors greasing pockets for better tables.

so when is it?
Best Flippin' Card Show, famously known in the Boston area hosting events from Worcester to Greater Boston, is finally coming to Pennsylvania in September 2025! We are a two headed team with decades of experience in cards.
Our roots began in PA years ago, going to shows in the Reading area as a young child. The underserved Philly TCG market needed a show that catered to fans of the genre, so we decided to head down to the Greater Philly Expo Center in Oaks, PA on Sunday, September 7th, 2025....for the first event of its kind. Check below for more info on our pre-event night on Sept 6th, as well.
Etiam leo tortor finibus vel tellus a consectetur.
but wait, there is more!
There will be an entirely FREE event the night prior, on September 6th.
Join us at the Work Horse Brewery in King of Prussia on 9/6 from 4:30 - 9:30 for a special meet & greet with vendors, some tables set up for people to sell cards, and an official trade night prior to kicking off the event on Sunday! The hosts will have plenty of sealed product items to give away just for swinging by. Come for the food & drink but stay for the delicious cardboard. Even though it's held at a brewery, it *IS* made to be kid friendly so don't forget to bring them along to also have some fun.
We have rented out a large event space inside the brewery that also leads out to the open patio. The entire area will hold more than 500 people and it's ours for the weekend night, so let's fill it up.

Frequently asked questions
What are you?
It's nice to meet you. We are The Best Flippin' Card Show. Known for our first rate sports and trading card game events that continue to grow in size and scope.
This convention sized card show is going to focus on ONLY Pokemon/TCG cards plus some really cool Pokemon artists along with side items like plushies, figurines, etc. We hope to bring you 300+ tables of vendors, space to relax & trade, and even play tournaments if you so choose.
when does the fun take place?
Word on the street is, it's going to be on Sunday, September 7th in the year of our Charizard, 2025. The full event runs from 9 AM - 5 PM.
We will also be holding a special pre-event that begins in the late afternoon of Saturday, September 6th. Come celebrate all things TCG at the large space inside Workhorse Brewery dedicated to all Pokemon and other gaming fans. Buy/sell/trade with other great people from all around the northeast, if not the country. We will be giving away several items including sealed product at the Workhorse Brewery.
where do i need to go?
Well, if you want to be one of the cool people, we are beginning the festivities at the Workhorse Brewing Company in King of Prussia, PA with an all-ages event at 4:30 PM on Saturday.
Then on Sunday, the main event takes place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA inside the 52,000 square feet of Hall C. The Expo Center has a massive free parking lot, just make sure you are parking on the Hall C side.
What can i do?
We don't have "card show" in our name for nothing, that is and always will be our main focus of the day. The hope is you love cardboard as much as the millions of others in America who do the same as a beloved hobby.
But from there on out, you can eat/drink within the building from the concession stand at the front of the convention center, have autographs signed by TCG actors, play TCG games, sit down and relax in the "trade zones" with other like-minded fans of your favorite Pokemon sets.
Our goal is to provide an all day experience, we don't want people simply walking around for an hour and leaving. We are an EVENT, not a local 25 table show held at your VFW.
how much are you charging me?
General Admission doors open at 10 AM on Sunday and for all those attendees 13 years of age and up, the cost is $15. You can buy tickets in advance or pay at the door via cash or credit. Either way, you're always paying $15 as we don't tack on those annoying fees. We are offering $2 off tickets for GA through August 1st by utilizing the Promo Code at checkout "JAWN".
For those who want a more premium experience and 9 AM access, we will have exactly 500 special VIP bags made up for $80 each which includes entry. These are full of goodies for all those purchasing this type of early entry ticket. So quantities are limited. There is also a $10 off Promo Code at checkout good through August 1st for VIP tickets, "FLIPPINPHILLY", bringing the cost down until $70 until then.
We don't skimp on VIP's. They come with everything from one hour early entry to get the best early deals to sealed Pokemon packs, VIP badges, special pins, giveaways from sponsors, and surprise singles with a ceiling up to $250!
got any of them hotel rooms?
You can go and find any of the plethora of hotels around the area, depending on your needs and likes. I'm sure there are plenty of short-term rentals if needed, as well.
Or you can go with our hotel partner for the weekend over at Tru by Hilton in Audubon, PA. The discount link provided here has rooms starting at just $129/night, where you can book the Saturday night of September 6th. It's under 10 minutes from the convention center (the hotels nearest the CC were long sold out a year in advance for another event taking place).
so how do i vend?
We have partnered with On Treasure to sell all vendor spots moving forward. 300+ tables are on sale NOW, starting at just $90 in the back of the convention center and stepped up to cap out at $150. All orders come with two vendor badges, purchase additional for a $5 add-on. You can also rent table coverings for $5. We currently do not offer services to rent display cases.
Vendors choose their actual spot and pay for it through the website on a first come first serve basis. Don't forget to create a profile if you are a new user. Many card events are moving to this platform so once you have a vendor profile, you can use it forever.
what if i'm a company that doesn't sell actual cards?
We for sure want to talk to you!
Do you sell Pokemon binders or cases and want to match up with the perfect audience for your product? Are you an incredible artist of One Piece fan art and sell your prints? Do you make Piplup trinkets and want other Piplup fans to love them as much as you do?
You will sign up just like any other vendor, based on how much you want to pay for a table. It's ok to be mixed in with card sellers, which will be the majority of vendors on hand. While the event is probably 85% or more cards, we love our "other" categories of TCG goods too!
where can i buy things?
Tickets to get into the event are now live and are sold exclusively through our trusted hobby event partner, On Treasure.
Vendor tables will be sold through On Treasure, as well. It is estimated to be in early June.
Sponsors who are interested can contact us directly via craig@flippincardshow.com to discuss the separate sponsorship tiers we have available to you. All sponsor tables come with premium locations inside the event, separated from the main vending floor with red carpet right at the entrance to the show.
what kind of famous people can i meet?
We are diligently working on an amazing lineup of some of your favorite TCG voice artists.
The expectation is to have on hand 5-7 of everyone's favorite character to sign your own memorabilia or photos provided by the artist themselves. Come out and have excellent conversations or just take photos with the most respected names in the TCG industry.
All TCG voice artists will be located prominently at the front of the convention center ready to greet all of their fans.
i have kids and they get bored easily, how do i keep them busy?
As parents ourselves, kids can only take so much at a card show before they want to leave when you're not done yet.
We are bringing several activities for kids to keep them busy. Look for photo ops with their favorite Pokemon characters and a special kid zone with a bounce house obstacle course! We will have tables and chairs for parents to relax alongside them while they burn off some energy.
More information will be released as the event nears, but the ultimate goal is to always make our events super kid friendly. And all activities once inside will be included with admission (remember, your kids are FREE to enter).
i love to play tcg's, what are you doing for me?
The goal is to hold several tournaments throughout the day, including from companies you may have never heard of that are teaching players their new game.
Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and One Piece tournaments ranging in small buy-ins under $40 will take place at some point during the day. Please be patient with us so we can give you the final details as the date approaches.
door prizes
All entrants paying the $15 to get in or purchasing the VIP pack will have one entry into our amazing door prizes listed here. Simply fill out your ticket upon arrival, leave a legible name and phone number. We will pull all winners around 4:30 and contact them to get the prizes in their hands.
- Nintendo Switch OLED Console & Pokemon Legends Arceus
- Evolving Skies ETB
- Hand made rugs from NewTuftCity (not yet pictured)
- More to be announced!
who we are and what you are in for
Hi! We are The Best Flippin' Card Show. By the time September 2025 rolls around, we will have had more than 60 events under our belt.
Many of those have taken place in a hotel ballroom and a few in minor league ballparks. It was simply time to expand our reach and brand into convention halls. Best Flippin' TCG Shows already serves up the LARGEST events in all of New England and those have capped at 150 tables. It was simply time to go to more than 250 tables. Pokemon and the TCG market overall is having a time right now. Philadelphia is skipped over by the largest TCG focused events on their annual tour. We wanted to marry our experience with that of the passionate collectors that may live within an hour or so of the Greater Philadelphia Convention Center.
We toured Hall C and loved what we saw. Here is a photo to the right of the inside and the 50,000 sq. ft. of floor plan we have access to where the event will officially take place. As of this writing, we are still envisioning what will go into the blank canvas provided by the convention center.
Year founded
2021
The owner has been back into cards for a decade after giving them and the card shows up he attended as a child to then be reintroduced to a long lost love in 2016.
Once the pandemic room limits lifted, we acted immediately and founded Best Flippin Card Promotions LLC in 2021 after a careful amount of planning to ensure a unique and memorable experience for all.
Card lover attendees
30K+
This number grows larger by the month. Our first event ever only had 200 attendees but some we have thrown have 10x'ed that number per day.
Our events have ranged from 50 tables to up to 300+ tables and hundreds of card slingers involved.
Vendors entrusting us
300+
Vendors of all types, with baseball cards more than 100 years old on up to those that have the latest Japanese Pokemon on release day, we cover the entire spectrum at our exclusive events.
We are easy to work with, inclusive, and realize the most important part of a card show is the vendor.
Door Prize Worth
$25k
The area we pride ourselves on the most is maximizing the value created just for attending our events.
With more than 200 winners and everything from 65" TV's to vintage Pokemon packs worth $600, we try and bring the "wow factor" for simply showing up and getting lucky just by coming to our events.
