WHAT IS IT?

WE ARE A "CARD SHOW" BY NAME, BUT THIS EVENT IS SPECIAL AND WILL BE MORE THAN JUST ABOUT CARDS. vendors will be bringing video games to plushies, and everything in between the cardboard including handcrafted trading card game items.

THIS ALL DAY EVENT WILL FOCUS STRICTLY ON ALL THAT IS IN THE TRADING CARD REALM BUT IN A FUN, WELCOMING, FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT SPACE. WE HAVE CHARACTER MEET N GREETS, VOICE ACTOR MEET N GREETS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY FOR paid AUTOGRAPHS, OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG KIDS, TCG TOURNAMENT PLAY, AND OF COURSE, SOME OF THE BEST CARDBOARD SHOWCASED IN NEW ENGLAND.

WHEN IS IT?

DOORS WILL BE OPEN for early entry beginning at 8 am and to the general public at 9 am. the show will run until 3 pm.

WHERE IS IT?

AS ALWAYS, WE WILL BE LOCATED AT THE CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL OF WOBURN, MA INSIDE THE 8000 SQ. FT. GRAND BALLROOM. THE HOTEL IS 15 MILES NORTH OF BOSTON WITH AMPLE, FREE PARKING AND RIGHT OF I-95 NEAR THE I-93 INTERCHANGE. THE 134 MBTA BUS ALSO SERVICES THE AREA AND STOPS A FEW HUNDRED FEET FROM THE HOTEL. it originates at wellington station on the orange line.

HOW MANY TABLES WILL THERE BE?

AT LEAST 100 VENDING TABLES (MORE THAN 800 FEET of table space!) AND A DEDICATED AREA FOR tcg TOURNAMENT PLAY in the lobby.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE one piece TOURNAMENT?

thanks to the new partnership with the sorcerer's inn, a hobby shop in randolph, ma, we are looking to hold a large one piece tournament, sanctioned by bandai! signups will soon begin over at our eventbrite page. each entrant will also receive one, one piece tournament pack. Here are the details of the tournament itself that begins at 9:30 with registration at 9 am: $45 buy-in (plus cc fees if purchased in advance) -- ticket doubles as your entry to the event as well, if purchased in advance. let us know if you want to play when arriving if you did not enter in advance or you will be charged admission also capped at 64 players best of one swiss for five rounds top 8 cut after five rounds swiss best of one - 3o minute rounds prize pool is cases of op-08 - depending on number of players: 20 or less will have one case divided up between placing winners (Top 4 paid) 21- 50 players will have two cases divided up between placing winners (top 6 paid) 51-64 players will have three cases divided up between placing winners (top 8 paid) final payouts and places paid will depend on total number of players entered

WHO ARE THE AUTOGRAPH GUESTS?

we are welcoming to the crowne plaze on 12/7, alyson rosenfeld, emily cramer, and matthew sussman! Please click on each link to be taken to their social media and/or bio info. all three will be on hand for the entire event for pictures and autographs and items are all purchased at their tables.

WHAT ACTIVITES BESIDES TCG ITEMS TO BUY WILL THERE BE?

COME MEET charizard FROM 12 PM - 2 PM! WE WILL HAVE PHOTO OPS WITH EVERYONE'S FAVORITE POKEMON. CATCH THIS BEAST WALKING AROUND THE SHOW A BIT, AS WELL.

WE WILL HAVE GLITTER TATTOO ARTISTS 11 AM - 1 PM, PROVIDING POKEMON STENCILS FROM A WONDERFUL, WOMAN OWNED, LOCAL COMPANY CALLED FESTINI. THESE TEMPORARY TATTOOS IF PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF CAN LAST FOR UP TO 5 DAYS.

EACH PAID ENTRY WILL ALSO RECEIVE A DOOR PRIZE TICKET, GOOD FOR ONE OF prize packs UP FOR GRABS THAT DAY all centered around charizard, TOTAL VALUE OF OVER $1200. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN, WE WILL PULL WINNERS AROUND 4:30 PM and contact those who won.

HOW TO GET IN?

ALL ENTRANTS 9 YEARS AND OLDER WILL REQUIRE A TICKET, COST AT THE DOOR WILL BE $15 for early entry at 8 am and $10 for 9 am and beyond.

DISCOUNTS OFFERED ON MULTIPLE TICKET PURCHASES but supplies on those are limited, ONCE THEY ARE GONE, NO MORE WILL BE OFFERED.
